John McGinn tipped to demand Tottenham move after development – pundit
John McGinn will push to sign for Tottenham if they make an offer to sign him this summer.
That’s according to former Leeds United stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Aston Villa midfielder’s future.
As per The Telegraph (18 May), McGinn, 27, is on Tottenham’s list of potential summer targets.

The report claims Antonio Conte wants to add up to six players this summer with the club likely to participate in next season’s Champions League.
Spurs will qualify for Europe’s premier competition if they avoid defeat against Norwich on Sunday (22 May).
When asked if McGinn is good enough to play for Spurs, Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild, “For me, yeah, absolutely.
“I really like him as a player. He’s is brilliant on his day and I think Tottenham is the next level up from Aston Villa.
“Especially if they get into the Champions League I can see him wanting to push that move through.
“I know Villa won’t want to lose him but for a player who has the chance to go to Tottenham, it’s a very hard thing to say no to that player.
“It would be a great move for him and Villa would struggle to keep him I think. It hasn’t quite gone how they would have wanted this season.”

McGinn has made 33 Premier League appearances this season.
He has scored three goals and provided three assists with Villa set to finish comfortably in mid-table.
