Mohamed Salah is fast becoming one of the signings of the season. He’s scored fifteen goals already and is on the way to becoming the most prolific Liverpool striker since Luis Suarez. His importance was underlined by the fact that he wasn’t dropped to the bench by Jurgen Klopp, whilst Mane and Firmino were. There is always a danger though that Liverpool may end up relying too much on Salah, like they once did with Luis Suarez. It may do both him and Liverpool the world of good if another forward is signed in the summer to lesson Salah’s workload.
