
‘Very lazy’, ‘Get out of my club’ – Liverpool fans fume at first-half display of one man v Bournemouth
Despite leading at the break against Bournemouth, Liverpool fans are not happy with Georginio Wijnaldum’s first-half performance.
The midfielder, who is yet to score an away goal for the Reds, had fans saying he must be cursed after scoring seven goals at Anfield for the club.
One fan went as far to say that he wanted the midfielder out of his club after witnessing his performance in the first-half.
However, Reds were happy with the performance of the team overall heading into half-time with a comfortable 3-0 lead.
Philippe Coutinho put Liverpool in front in the 19th minute and Dejan Lovren scored the side’s second with a diving header.
Mohamed Salah, who is currently leading the race for the Premier League Golden Boot, grabbed the third.
Liverpool have failed to win either of their last two league games, drawing with both Everton and West Bromwich Albion, but it looks like the three points are theirs already today.
However, Liverpool fans think it’s no thanks to Wijnaldum…
