Leeds fans react on Twitter to Doukara display v Huddersfield
By Will Butcher
Leeds fans have blasted Souleymane Doukara on Twitter after a poor performance against Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield on Sunday.
The 25-year-old forward failed to have an impact throughout the match, as Huddersfield secured a 2-1 win at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Replaced in the 62nd minute for Spaniard Alfonso Pedraza, Doukara was relieved of his left midfield duties as he only managed to provide glimpses of quality.
Doukara, who has less than just six months on his contract, could now be dropped for Saturday’s game against Cardiff as he failed to prove why he should be in the team over new signings Pedraza and Modou Barrow.
Leeds fans were not impressed on Twitter, with many claiming his performance to be lazy and lacking any real desire.

Despite his current contract situation, Doukara has been a regular fixture of the Leeds side this season, making 23 league and cup appearances for the Yorkshire giants.
The former Catania striker has scored five goals against the likes of Nottingham Forest, Preston and Reading as well as providing three assists this season.
In other Leeds news, this is why three of Leeds’ senior players were left out of the matchday squad for Sunday’s derby.
