Jeremy Doku starred in Belgium’s crucial World Cup qualifying victory over Wales, despite a “ridiculous” Ethan Ampadu moment in the match.
Doku has started the season with one goal and three assists, and he assisted Thomas Meunier’s strike for Belgium.

During the match, a moment of individual brilliance from Doku on Wales defender Ben Davies was called “disrespectful‘ by Danny Gabbidon.
“That is disrespectful from Jeremy Doku! Doesn’t he know Ben Davies has 100 caps?” Gabbidon told BBC Sport [13 October].
Doku was also one of Belgium’s brighter performances during their 0-0 draw with North Macedonia a few days earlier.
