Man United may be rejected by Frenkie de Jong alternative after source’s reveal – pundit
Gabby Agbonlahor has tipped Youri Tielemans to reject a move to Man United in favour of a move to Arsenal.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker insisted Arsenal are much more of an attractive proposition than Man United currently.
Erik ten Hag has been in the market for a new midfielder all summer and Frenkie de Jong is his number one target.

Spanish outlet Sport reported on Wednesday (20 July) that the 25-year-old is not interested in quitting Barcelona to move to Old Trafford.
CBS’ Ben Jacobs reported on the same day that Tielemans has emerged as a cheaper and easier alternative to De Jong and Man United’s interest is growing.
Sources told Football Insider earlier this week (18 July) that the Leicester City midfielder is a target for United but he favours a move to Arsenal.
The 25-year-old, who has a year left to run on his contract, is holding out for a move to the Emirates and wants a deal to be completed soon.
“I feel Tielemans has got a choice to make,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“Will he choose Arsenal or Man United? It’s a tough decision but with how both clubs are at the moment, I think I’d choose Arsenal.
“Maybe Tielemans might look at Arsenal over Man United.”

Both Arsenal and Man United will be playing Europa League football in 2022-23 after finishing fifth and sixth last season.
Despite finishing next to each other in the table, there was an 11 point difference between the sides.
In other news, a club has agreed in principle to sign a Man United 22-year-old who is on the pre-season tour.
