Man United ‘must sign new striker’ after what Rasmus Hojlund did – Fans react
Man United fans are calling for the club to sign a new striker before 3 February after Rasmus Hojlund’s performance v Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Ruben Amorim’s side secured an impressive three points on the road, with a 1-0 win coming thanks to a goal from Lisandro Martinez, after a late Amad Diallo strike was disallowed.
However, the spotlight was fixed on the centre-forward who again failed to impact the game positively for his team, adding to a long list of lacklustre displays.
Hojlund’s position has been earmarked as a key area for improvement under Amorim, as the current options do not seem capable of playing to the new style.
In the clash with Fulham, he failed to have a single shot, completed zero per cent of his dribbles, won just two of his 11 duels and completed just six passes before he was withdrawn in the 58th minute.
Now, fans are insisting they must step up their efforts in the closing stages of the transfer window to set up a positive turn of form in the second half of the season.

So far this season, Hojlund has scored just seven goals in 28 games and has failed to score in 36 of his 48 Premier League appearances, leaving major room for improvement.
Now, supporters are insisting they will have to upgrade the position in the transfer market as they took to social media to label the Denmark man “the worst striker to play for the club”.
