Medical Begins: Eric Dier agrees Bayern Munich move after Tottenham accept bid – sources
Eric Dier is undergoing a Bayern Munich medical after agreeing the terms of a permanent move from Tottenham, sources have told Football Insider.
Spurs have accepted an offer from the German giants for the long-serving England star, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
Bayern are believed to have offered Dier an 18-month contract with a one-year option.

Football Insider exclusively revealed last Friday morning that Dier had agreed terms with Bayern in what was seen at the time as a big shock given he has been frozen out by Ange Postecoglou at Spurs this season.
But Thomas Tuchel is convinced the 29-year-old can make a big impact for the Bundesliga champions with his ability to operate in central midfield as well as at centre-back.
Dier made just four appearances for the Lilywhites this season and only earned game time due to the club’s crippling injury crisis to the backline.
He has spent the majority of his 364-match Spurs career operating in a defensive midfield role, particularly under Mauricio Pochettino, but has been used mainly at centre-back in recent seasons.
At Bayern, Tuchel is believed to be planning to make better use of Dier’s versatility and he has been told he will get game time in both of the roles he knows well.
Sources told Football Insider (6 January) that former teammate Harry Kane pushed strongly for Dier to join him in Germany, with the two very good friends from their lengthy time together at Tottenham.

Spurs look set to confirm the signing of Genoa centre-back Radu Dragusin as their second January addition following Timo Werner’s arrival from RB Leipzig on loan for the remainder of the season.
Tottenham sit fifth in the Premier League table and next face Man United at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon (14 January).
