Mills makes ‘next level’ Traore claim after Tottenham source’s update
Danny Mills has claimed the “pressure” of playing for Tottenham would help Adama Traore go “to the next level”.
The former England international, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, expressed worries about his consistency at Wolves.
A Tottenham source told Football Insider today the club are readying a new Traore bid after Wolves rejected their initial loan-to-buy offer.

Fabrizio Romano claimed on Monday (August 23rd) that the winger is a “priority” for Tottenham, with the window closing on August 31.
Spurs have been active throughout the summer window, with new boss Nuno Espirito Santo adding four new faces.
Bryan Gil, Pape Sarr, Cristian Romero and Pierluigi Gollini have all arrived in North London.
Mills claimed that Traore would be a good addition for Spurs if he could provide consistent performances.
“He’s clearly a good player, we’ve seen that from him,” he told Football Insider‘s Connor Whitley.
“Although we have seen him be anonymous at times.
“Maybe this move is what he needs, it would give him that pressure to make sure he’s giving his all to improve on the training pitch every day.
“That would take him to the next level.
“His end product improved ten-fold in the season before last.
“All the attributes are there. It’s just getting them out of him on a consistent basis.”
“Nuno obviously knows him well.”
The 25-year-old netted only twice in 37 Premier League appearances last term as Wolves struggled to a 13th place finish.
La Masia graduate Traore has played six times for Spain.

The winger has scored 10 in 134 appearances in all competitions since joining the Midlands club in 2018 for £18million.
Tottenham were handed another transfer boost this week when Harry Kane confirmed he was staying with the club.
In other news, this ex-Spurs man has made a bold prediction about Steven Bergwijn.
