Orta wasting resources on £500k experiment: Leeds January signings rated

Why? Why did Leeds sign a midfielder when they were missing several key first-team members in that area, and then send him to Cultural Leonesa?
Ideguchi signed from Japanese side Gamba Osaka for £500,000 and looks to be a decent talent, with caps for the Japan international team.
But what on earth was Orta playing at sending him to Spain’s second-tier when he could have done a job straight away at Leeds?
It was widely reported that he was able to earn a work permit so could have stayed in Yorkshire.
Instead, in a bit to appease the Aspire Academy, he was shipped to Cultural – a team who has failed to give him a start yet and a team who refused to play Ousaim Bouy before his loan there was ripped up.
What a terrible piece of business that was a complete waste of resources by Orta.
