Two senior players axed, Poch changes up from Turin: Tottenham expected XI v Juventus
Huge Lloris (Goalkeeper) – Vorm gets all the FA Cup games and Lloris gets the Premier League and Champions League. That’s the natural order and Lloris will start on Wednesday.
Kieran Trippier (Right-back) – This is one change that Pochettino will make after Serge Aurier is suspended. He might have been dropped anyway as he has shown himself to be a bit of a liability at times.
Jan Vertonghen (Centre-back) – Vertonghen came through training last week and was perhaps a surprise starter against Huddersfield. We thought he might have been rested but he came through the 90 minutes unscathed. In the absence of Alderweireld, that’s important.
Davinson Sanchez (Centre-back) – Solid and with Alderweireld out Sanchez gets to continues his fine run in the Tottenham team.
Ben Davies (Left-back) – It’s not been a great season for Danny Rose after some ill-advised comments in the papers and Davies coming to the fore. Davies is the new number one left-back at Spurs and we’d be amazed if he doesn’t get the nod from Poch here.
