Two senior players axed, Poch changes up from Turin: Tottenham expected XI v Juventus

Erik Lamela (Attacking midfield) – Pochettino sees him as a big-game player and started him in Turin. After the performance the team gave out there it would be a surprise for him to change it for the return leg. It might be hugely unfair on Heung-Min Son, who has been one of Tottenham’s best this season, but the South Korean could well be Poch’s second change from the Huddersfield game.

Dele Alli (Attacking midfield) – Alli will be under the microscope from officials, pundits and opposition fans after the diving allegations. We’d expect him to be on his best behaviour on Wednesday.

Christian Eriksen (Attacking midfield) – Absolute class in attacking midfield and will be a huge threat from set pieces.

Harry Kane (Striker) – Does progression all hinge on Kane? Of course not, but if he’s firing at the top of his game Tottenham might simply be unbeatable. He will be so up for this and we’d expect him to score.
