‘Great to see’ – Rangers react to one player selection for clash v Motherwell

Rangers manager Graeme Murty has made two changes to his starting XI to face Motherwell in Saturday’s Scottish Premiership clash – and fans are blown away to see Graham Dorrans return to the side for the first time since October.

Dorrans and Alfredo Morelos have come back into the side with Sean Goss and Jason Cummings making way as the Gers look to get back to winning ways after successive defeats by Celtic and Kilmarnock.

The Light Blues team news was confirmed by the club’s official Twitter account.

Dorrans hasn’t played since limping out of Pedro Caixinha’s final game as Gers boss and fans are ecstatic to see the midfielder return to the side – with one saying it was “good to see” the former Norwich star back in the team.

Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

Dorrans scored twice on his last trip to Fir Park with the Gers and will be hoping to have a similar impact on his return to the side after months out of action.

The Gers are currently ten points behind bitter rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership ahead of next month’s Old Firm Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden.

Motherwell’s last win over the Gers at home came in 2002 and Murty’s side will be hoping to extend that run and pick up three points against the Steelmen.
