Robby McCrorie is ‘gutted’ and wants ‘out of Rangers’ after confirmed news – pundit
Robby McCrorie should leave Rangers after Allan McGregor signed a new deal with the club.
That’s according to former Leeds United stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the 24-year-old’s future
On Monday (20 June), Rangers announced veteran goalkeeper Allan McGregor had put pen to paper on a new one-year deal at Ibrox.

On Wednesday (22 June) The Glasgow Times reported McCrorie wants to avoid another season of sitting on the bench and is open to leaving the club.
According to The Sun (18 June), new Man United manager Erik ten Hag is interested in luring McCrorie away from Rangers.
Kenny insists McCrorie has to leave the club.
“He’s had a few loan moves hasn’t he and he’s been called up to Scotland,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“To be a 24-year-old third-choice, the lad has to get out and get some game time now. He’ll be gutted to leave Rangers but sometimes you have to do what is best for you.
“To be third-choice at that age but also to be so highly thought of, you can’t be sitting around not doing anything.
“He will want to get out of Rangers and I don’t think anyone will be able to blame him for that. At that age, playing football is the most important thing.
“Hopefully he can get that move and he can show everyone how good he is.”

McCrorie has made two senior appearances for Rangers.
His only league appearance came in 29 August 2021’s 1-0 win over Celtic.
In other news, Kieran Maguire has claimed Rangers will be ‘delighted’ by boardroom triumph as controversial deal struck.
