The former West Brom and Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has been one of the key players in Steve Clarke’s renaissance at Rugby Park and would clearly make a top addition at Ibrox.
Mulumbu is a box-to-box midfielder who can do it all and will be available for free in the summer as his Killie deal is due to expire.
There’s bound to be a rush of clubs to sign the ex-DR Congo international, and Rangers must win the race to get their third signing tied up.
Sean Goss is very likely to leave Ibrox when his loan deal ends which makes it important that another midfielder is brought in.
