4. Cesc Fabregas
Arsenal fans might not like Fabregas much now but he was the darling of Highbury. Unfortunately for Arsenal, Wenger couldn’t keep hold of a player he loved, while he was at the peak of his powers. He signed for around £2.8million from the Barcelona youth team in 2003 and returned back to the Spanish giants in 2011 for over £30million. That represents a huge profit and Fabregas delivered some brilliant performances for Arsenal. But fans won’t forgive him for coming back and taking the Chelsea dollar in 2014.
