3. KOLO TOURE
Brendan Rodgers’ decision to bring the veteran defender to the club on a free transfer turned out to be a masterstroke.
Rodgers has previously worked with the Ivorian at Liverpool, and his experience was put to good use early in his career at the club as he helped the Hoops navigate a hazardous Champions League qualification process.
Injuries eventually took their toll and Toure lost his place in the side, but he was a great performer for the Bhoys in his brief time at the club and he is now part of the coaching staff as a technical assistant to the Hoops boss.
