
Sources: Tottenham submit Leo Black offer
Tottenham have offered a two-year scholarship contract to midfielder Leo Black, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.
Spurs have been working to fill their Academy squad with top talent ahead of the summer.
A Tottenham source has told Football Insider that the club have moved to secure England Under-16 midfielder Black to a scholarship and want a deal done in the coming weeks.

It is expected to get completed in time for the youngster to join the summer’s new intake.
The rising star has bolstered his reputation with a series of impressive displays at age-group level for the club this season.
Black is among a group of young talents who have already been offered scholarships by the London giants.
Football Insider revealed the club have also offered the two-year deals to 15-year-old attacker Samuel Amo-Ameyaw, 15-year-old centre-back duo Archie Chaplin and Pele Arganese-McDermott as well as 15-year-old goalkeeper Elliot Krasniqi and goalscoring midfielder Han Willhoft-King.
Spurs typically offer scholarships around February or March, with the deals then starting on 1 June.
Tottenham have a reputation for giving first-team opportunities to their best youngsters, especially in the European and cup competitions.
In recent times, Dane Scarlett, Alfie Devine and Nile John have all made their first-team debuts after graduating from the academy.

The most recent academy product to establish himself as a first-team mainstay is Oliver Skipp, the 21-year-old who has played 28 times this season.
Among the older stars, Harry Kane and Harry Winks are star graduates of the club’s set-up.
