Hodson has been on the fringes of the Ranger squad all season and when he has made the odd appearance, he has been a massive let down.
The Northern Ireland international can play both left and right-back. which makes him a handy squad member for when injuries and suspension plague the defence.
However it is more worthwhile for Gerrard to focus on youngsters for playing in his position if players like James Tavernier and Declan John get injured.
He is completely hopeless and must be sold.
