Caixinha success story and no Morelos: Three Rangers players who could win POTY
Josh Windass
Windass has been on fire for the Gers this season with 17 goals and 8 assists to his name so far.
The 24-year-old is a frustrating player as he can drift out of games and find himself struggling to get involved for long spells before popping up with a goal or two.
Windass’ inconsistency could see him pipped for the award at the end of the season but after his form when he is at his best, he definitely deserves to be in the conversation.
If Windass can find a consistent level of performances then the attacker should be a shoo-in next season.
