Leeds took the unusual step of announcing that 16-year-old striker Ryan Edmondson was travelling with the Leeds team for Saturday’s game. And then he didn’t even make the bench. That led to groans all round from Leeds fans who were keen to see him play and prove he has what it takes to make the first team next season. he might be young, but so what? He would have created a ripple of excitement and what exactly are Leeds playing for that’s so important now anyway?
