Declan John’s hand injury meant another start for Andy Halliday but it is getting painful to watch the 26-year-old struggle in a Rangers jersey and Mark Allen must tell him he needs to find a new club in the summer.
The boyhood Gers fan tries hard and certainly won’t be going out to deliberately make the simple mistakes he does but there must surely be better options at the club.
The former Middlesbrough and Bradford midfielder has struggled to hold down a regular place at Ibrox for over a year now and it is clear he isn’t going to ever be good enough to improve the side.
With only one more game left this season, hopefully it will be the last time we see Halliday in a Rangers shirt.
