There’s no fear factor at Ibrox anymore
Teams used to fear coming to Ibrox to face Rangers – and it would show in the way they would set up – but that simply doesn’t exist anymore and sides come to Ibrox thinking they can take something.
The Gers’ home form this season has been nowhere near good enough but it has been an issue for a few years now and even when Hearts went 2-0 down, they still tried to get forward and exploit weaknesses in the Rangers defence.
If Rangers are going to have a serious crack at taking the title back from Celtic, Ibrox needs to be somewhere that teams hate visiting and know that they have no chance of taking a point, never mind all three.
