Arsenal should “be all over” Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma for £25million, according to Kevin Campbell.
The former Gunners and Everton striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, is adamant Mikel Arteta and Edu “will be kicking themselves” if the 25-year-old is allowed to join Spurs.
Bissouma has 12 months left on his contract with the Seagulls.

Spurs have a medical pencilled in a medical for Bissouma this week.
The centre-midfielder has been heavily linked with Arsenal in recent windows but a move to the Emirates now appears unlikely.
When asked by Football Insider if the Gunners were missing a trick by not signing Bissouma, Campbell said: “I would like to think Arsenal would be all over this.
“For £25million… Come on!
“Bissouma is a player who can do so much. He is box-to-box, can tackle, can carry the ball and defend really well.
“If Spurs get him for £25million, it’s a great deal.
“Who knows what is going on in the background at Arsenal. If Bissouma goes to our arrivals we will be kicking ourselves.
“We have been shouting about him all this time so for Spurs to go and get him… It is going to be an interesting one.”

Bissouma was one of Brighton’s standout players again last season.
He made 28 appearances across all competitions.
