Expert issues Richarlison warning to Tottenham after source’s ‘phenomenal’ claim
Alan Hutton has warned Tottenham that Richarlison is not ‘consistent’ enough.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Hutton said that despite his talent, the striker doesn’t perform regularly enough to make it into Antonio Conte’s side.
Football Insider revealed last Saturday (25 June) that Richarlison has told friends he is keen to join Tottenham amid “phenomenal” claim after talks held.

The forward joined Spurs from Watford in 2018 for a fee of around £35m.
Richarlison currently has two years left on his contract at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.
But Hutton does not think Richarlison will be a good fit for his former club.
“There’s no doubting his talent, but he doesn’t do it regularly enough” he told Football Insider,
“I think he maybe got away with it at Everton. You can have that odd performance where you’re maybe not at your top level.
“But I think when you’re at a team pushing for top four, you need to play at a high standard week in week out. That’s my only question mark above his head.
“It’s nothing to do with his ability, because we can see how good he is. The question is can he do it week in week out for a sustained amount of time.

“There’s also the question of where does he play? The good thing for him is he’s very versatile, he can play along the front line so he’s maybe not just being considered as an understudy for Kane.
“If they have different options, like Richarlison, they can play different styles and I think that’s what they’re searching for at the moment.”
In other news, £18m-valued star has been backed to complete a move to Everton after source’s update.
