Ezri Konsa sends Aston Villa injury update to fans after scare
Ezri Konsa has sent a worrying update to Aston Villa fans after his jury scare during their victory against Tottenham on Sunday (9 February).
Unai Emery’s side progressed into the fifth round of the FA Cup with a 2-1 against Spurs with goals from Jacob Ramsey and Morgan Rogers securing the result as Mathys Tel’s 91st-minute goal being nothing more than a consolation.
This has added to Villa’s growing defensive problems with Tyrone Mings and Pau Torres both sidelined due to fitness issues at the moment.
Konsa had to be replaced by Lamare Bogarde as Emery’s options continued to be stretched.
