32-year-old is another loan signing – this time from Norwich – but brings a wealth of experience to the Gers’ defence.
With over 300 games for Norwich, including over 125 Premier League appearances, under his belt, Martin was expected to be a replacement for Bruno Alves before the Portuguese defender decided to stay at Ibrox.
Martin started the wins over Aberdeen and Ross County and done well alongside David Bates and should improve the Gers defence over the rest of the season.
The 29-times capped defender’s experience will also help young Rangers defenders like Bates, Ross McCrorie and Aidan Wilson.
