Celtic fans send clear message to board after Robbie Keane manager update
Celtic fans have made it clear that they would not support a Robbie Keane managerial appointment.
The former Hoops star has emerged as one of the most promising coaches in Europe after impressing at Ferencvaros.
This has seen the 45-year-old linked to UK clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace in recent weeks as they hunt for their next permanent manager.
However, despite his previous links to the club and his impressive managerial record, fans remain less than impressed that Keane is a major contender to become the next Celtic manager.

According to The Guardian on 12 March, Keane has now emerged as a frontrunner to become the next Celtic manager.

Could Jens Berthel Askou still become the Celtic manager?
Ex-Aberdeen, Aston Villa, and Everton chief executive Keith Wyness told Football Insider that Askou should become the next Celtic manager.
The current Motherwell coach has heavily impressed since joining the Scottish Premiership in the summer, with the club still in the race for the title.
So far this season, the Steelmen has inflicted surprise results against Celtic, Rangers and Heart of Midlothian, making them a surprise package so far this season.
However, the report from The Guardian made it clear that there are doubts about whether the manager can make the step up to the Hoops from Motherwell.
While this will likely delight the Fir Park faithful, it will be seen as a missed opportunity for many Celtic fans, with Motherwell playing some of the best football in the Scottish Premiership this season.
However, it remains to be seen who the Hoops opt to appoint, with there still a long way to go in the campaign as O’Neill looks to retain the title at Celtic Park.
