Nottingham Forest ‘not happy’ with Vitor Pereira amid increasing relegation fears
Vitor Pereira is already facing scrutiny at Nottingham Forest following his winless start in the Premier League.
That is according to ex-Everton, Aston Villa, and Aberdeen chief executive Keith Wyness, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, who is still backing Nottingham Forest to avoid relegation to the Championship.
Pereira has lost his first two league games in charge against Liverpool and Brighton, leaving the Tricky Trees just two points above the relegation zone.
The former Wolves boss is Nottingham Forest’s fourth manager of the season, and his time at the City Ground could be short-lived if the club are relegated.

Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – believes there have already been “noises” around the club about Pereira.
Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast, Wyness thinks despite their poor form, Nottingham Forest will stay up.
He told Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast: “I mean, you know, they’ve not been happy with the new manager, Mr Pereira. And, you know, the fans and [Evangelos] Marinakis have already made some noises.
“And as I say, they haven’t quite got the momentum that West Ham have had recently, although they’ve been robbed, I think, in a few games like the Liverpool game.
“They were very unlucky, and I think they’ll do enough to survive. So I don’t really see them going down. To me, I see it as the two London clubs that are going to be fighting it out. But anyway, there we go.”

Neco Williams’ future in doubt
Sources have told Football Insider that Nottingham Forest will upgrade their squad if they remain in the Premier League next season.
Full-back Neco Williams could be one player at risk, with the 24-year-old’s recent performances raising concerns about his future.
Having missed Chris Wood due to injury, and with Igor Jesus’ future uncertain, Nottingham Forest will also be looking to bolster their options up-front in the summer transfer window.
