Callum Hudson-Odoi spotted on crutches

Nottingham Forest booked their spot in the Europa League semi-finals with a win over Porto on Thursday night. However, their victory – which has set up a last-four clash with Aston Villa – came at a cost for Vitor Pereira. Callum Hudson-Odoi was forced off with what looked like a thigh injury, before he was then spotted on crutches after the game. The ex-Chelsea attacker looked devastated when he left the pitch, suggesting that he’s a major doubt to play against Burnley at the City Ground on Sunday.

Better news for Chris Wood and Murillo

Chris Wood and Murillo also appeared to pick up injuries against Porto. However, after the game, Pereira said that he thinks “they will recover” in time to play against Burnley this weekend. Jair Cunha also returned from his ankle injury in the 1-0 win on Thursday night.

John Victor (knee), Nicolo Savona (knee) and Willy Boly (knee) are the only confirmed absentees right now as we await more news on Hudson-Odoi’s setback.
