Khvicha Kvaratskhelia on Arsenal radar

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has become a global star at PSG, helping the Ligue 1 giants to Champions League glory last season and playing a starring role in their bid to retain Europe’s grandest prize in 2025-26. The Georgia international is reportedly on the Gunners’ radar amid uncertainty over the future of Gabriel Martinelli. Football Insider expert Keith Wyness recently said he expects the 25-year-old to remain at PSG, and that Arsenal would have to break their transfer budget to sign Kvaratskhelia. Right now, it looks like a “wait-and-see” transfer, not completely beyond the realms of possibility, but a tough one for the Gunners to get off the ground.

And what about Arsenal’s summer exits?

Careful squad management at the Emirates means that no senior players will be out of contract this summer. However, Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Jesus will both be entering the final 12 months of their deals, which expire in 2027. The Gunners hold the option to extend Gabriel Martinelli and Christian Norgaard’s contracts by a further year.

However, despite this, most of the talk about Arsenal players leaving North London this summer revolves around defenders Ben White and Myles Lewis-Skelly.

White has returned to the England squad despite playing a bit-part role at Arsenal this season. Still, the former Brighton defender, whose contract at the Emirates runs until 2028, is a target for clubs like Newcastle.

Lewis-Skelly has featured much more prominently for the Premier League leaders, playing 42 times in all competitions this season. However, the 19-year-old England left-back has now been linked with a surprise move to Manchester United.
