Leeds United in decent shape ahead of Tottenham clash
Leeds United overcame Burnley 3-1 at Elland Road to all-but secure their Premier League status for the 2025-26 season. It means the Whites can essentially start preparing for next campaign, with only a few games left to play in the top flight. Next up is a Monday night trip to Tottenham, who are desperately fighting for their own survival in the closing weeks of the season. The good news for Leeds is they are in decent fettle as things stand.
Kick-off: Monday 11 May, 20:00 BST
TV: Sky Sports Main Event
Gabriel Gudmundsson suffered a hamstring injury late in the FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea earlier this month, and his season might be over unless he can recover for the final couple of games. Ilia Gruev is also still sidelined for Leeds. However, Noah Okafor shook off a calf issue to score against the Clarets, while Anton Stach – who recently returned from an ankle injury – was also on target in that victory. Jaka Bijol also played despite having been struggling with a hip issue.
