Sources: Barrow agree to sign Burton Albion striker Holloway
Burton Albion striker Aaron Amadi-Holloway has agreed a deal to join Barrow on loan, Football Insider understands.
Multiple EFL club have expressed an interest in the Brewers 28-year-old ahead of the January deadline.
But a recruitment source has told Football Insider that Barrow have struck an agreement to bring in Amadi-Hollloway to boost their survival bid in League Two.
The deal is expected to be completed soon.
He joined Burton last summer on a free transfer and has made 11 appearances in all competitions this season, chipping in with three goals.
Barrow boss Mark Cooper has been desperate to bolster his attacking options this month and he sees Amadi-Holloway as someone who will add experience and versatility to his squad for the second half of the season.
The forward will help fill the void left by Offrande Zanzala’s departure to League Two rivals Exeter City earlier this month.
Barrow are currently languishing in 21st spot in League Two seven points above the relegation places.
Amadi-Holloway began his career with Bristol City before spells with Newport County, Wycombe Wanderers, Fleetwood Town Oldham Athletic, Shrewsbury Town, East Bengal and Burton Albion.

In that time the former Wales youth international has found the net six times in 56 League Two appearances, including 20 starts.
He is under contract at the Pirelli Stadium until the end of the season after signing a one-year deal in the summer following his move from East Bengal.
In other news, Burton Albion are lining up a January move for Tom Bradbury.
