Chelsea’s 2026 summer plans are in a state of flux as it remains unclear whether or not the West London club will feature in the 2026-27 Champions League, and also who’ll be their manager after Liam Rosenior was sacked on 22 April. A bruising 3-0 defeat at Brighton last time out in the Premier League means that the Blues are struggling to gain ground at the top end of the Premier League table, the 7-0 hammering of Port Vale in the FA Cup keeping their trophy hopes alive at least.
Summer incomings are going to depend on several factors: whether Chelsea qualify for the Champions League, their PSR position and any outgoings. One thing the Blues do have in their favour is that they have a lot of surplus players, which could allow them to break the bank on elite targets like Morgan Rogers.
