Newcastle United fans have urged the club to go “all out” to sign Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo in the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old is a confirmed transfer target for Mikel Arteta, which would require the Magpies to snatch him from underneath their Premier League rivals.
The Arsenal boss wants to bolster his attacking options for next season after having his squad decimated by injuries during this campaign, and Mbeumo is being seen as the man to fill that gap.
The Brentford forward has captured the attention of the Premier League’s top clubs due to his performances this season, having scored 14 goals and provided three assists in 25 appearances so far.
The right winger has been a consistent attacking threat from the moment he joined the Bees in 2019, having scored 64 goals and provided 45 assists in 229 appearances.
Mbeumo is under contract at the Gtech Community Stadium until 2026, which could lead to Brentford opting to cash in on him during the summer.
