£12m bid reportedly rejected: Celtic must beat PL side to sign Serie A powerhouse - view

£12m fee too much, loan deal perfect

Celtic have already signed Oliver Ntcham for an expensive fee of £4.5million and although they have money to spend, £12million or more is a step too far.

However, the report contains that a loan deal to sign the former Udinese forward is a possibility and signing the striker as part of a loan-to-buy deal would be the best move.

It could see the Hoops reduce his eventual asking price and if that can be cut to around £8million, then they will have themselves a bargain.
