'Really poor', 'Needs a rocket' – Celtic fans rage at first-half display of one man v Motherwell
Celtic fans have taken to social media to criticise Scott Sinclair’s first-half performance against Motherwell.
The Celtic winger was brought back into the side after being left out against PSG in the Champions League in midweek.
It was a decision that fans expected, but Sinclair hasn’t performed to the best of his abilities again, and fans are unhappy.
One fan said that he’s “right off form” while another said it was the “curse of the player of the year” after Sinclair won the award last year.
At half-time the cup final was poised on a knife edge, with no goals separating the two sides.
It means Sinclair can redeem himself and win the cup for his side in the second half – unless he gets hauled off during the break, of course.
