Leeds United supporters have reacted on social media after hearing that former Celtic and Middlesbrough manager Gordon Strachan is the favourite for the vacant managerial position.
Gordon Strachan now 4-1 favourite for the #lufc job but as short as 2-1. Grayson 7-1, McClaren 7-1 (though not in the running), Heckingbottom 8-1, Silva 9-1. The odds of former VfB Stuttgart boss Hannes Wolf plummeting. He's now 11-1.

Only last night it emerged that the Yorkshire club had parted ways with the Danish manager after only eight months in charge.
The decision came after the Whites went on a dismal run of form which saw them fall away dramatically from the play off spots despite previous suggestions they could make a bid for promotion to the Premier League.
However, following a run of six games without a win and four of those defeats, Leeds have dropped to tenth in the Championship and any hopes of a push for the top-flight look a far-off memory for the time being.
But it is the potential arrival of the former Scotland boss, who only left his post with the national squad in October, that has had supporters up in arms, and if Strachan is announced as Christiansen’s successor then there will be plenty of eyebrows raised.
Here is some reaction from social media:
Club legend BUT, Strachan would be the worst appointment of the lot!

For God sake, Strachan? Why can't we start with people who success in the EFL on their cv. Why make hard work of what should a fairly routine decision.
