£50,000-a-week player makes Leeds summer transfer admission
Leeds centre-forward Pierre-Michel Lasogga has admitted that he does not know where he will be after the summer transfer window closes.
Lasogga, 26, moved to Elland Road on a season-long loan from Bundesliga club Hamburg last summer and has been a mainstay of the United first-team ever since.
However Paul Heckingbottom has axed the German to the bench in the last two Championship games, suggesting that the new manager would rather look at other striker options.
Lasgogga, who the Yorkshire Evening Post reports earns £50,000-a-week, could join the Whites in the summer with director of football Victor Orta confirming that there is a buy-out clause that the club can trigger in the summer.
However the 26-year-old admits that his future is not yet clear.

Football Insider verdict
Lasogga has shown glimpses that he can be a decent goal-getter in the Championship, but those glimpses have been few and far between. He has gone five Championship games without scoring after netting in three in a row. Before that the German had just two goals between October and February. Leeds did not do enough to replace Chris Wood in the summer and decided to take a cheap loan option rather than splash the cash on a replacement. In the summer the Whites can be expected to sign a new forward with Lasogga sounding unsure of where he stands at Elland Road.
In other Leeds United news, fans have urged the club to hire this two-time Championship-winning manager in the summer.
