Celtic player ratings v Aberdeen: Seven starters 5/10 in shock defeat

GOALKEEPER AND DEFENCE

Scott Bain – 5: Could have done better with Andrew Considine’s goal as he was beaten at his near post, probably his first mistake in a Hoops jersey, will be interesting to see if he starts the Scottish Cup Final.

Mikael Lustig – 5: An okay performance, he seems certain to start next week’s cup final but he didn’t shine on the day, which could be said of most of his team-mates in what was a very low-key performance.

Dedryck Boyata – 6: Probably the Hoops’ best defender on the day, as he continued his run of good performances for the Bhoys in recent weeks, another solid performance.

Kristoffer Ajer – 5: Spent most of the game on the attack trying to build-up attacks from defence to no avail, his passing wasn’t the best and he has had better games for the Bhoys in his first season.

Kieran Tierney – 5: Did reasonably well enough in was a very quiet game for the Hoops left-back, he was taken off early in the second-half presumably with next week’s cup final in mind.
