Robin Koch will be under less pressure to fit in to the Leeds United side than forward Rodrigo according to Danny Mills.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, the former Whites full back also said he expects the German international to start alongside Liam Cooper against Liverpool on Saturday.
Koch met up with his new Leeds teammates this week after featuring for Germany against fellow Leeds summer signing Rodrigo’s Spain on Friday.

After failing in their attempts to re-sign Brighton defender Ben White, Leeds moved for the 24-year-old who had entered the final 12 months of his SC Freiburg contract.
Leeds paid the Bundesliga side £12m to secure Koch’s services, Football Insider understands.
With Gaetano Berardi suffering an ACL injury in the penultimate game of last season, Koch and club captain Liam Cooper are Marcelo Bielsa’s only fit senior centre backs.
Asked by Football Insider whether he expects Koch to start in defence against the Premier League champions on Saturday, Mills said: “Yes, I expect it to be him and Liam Cooper.
“There doesn’t seem to be too many other options in that area.
“It’s also easier because there’s less pressure on a centre half to fit in. You get in, do your job and keep things very simple. You haven’t got that extra pressure of scoring goals and getting off the mark.
“I would say I’m 90% certain he’s going to start.”
Koch, who can also operate at full back and in defensive midfield, played 87 times for Freiburg in his three seasons with the German side.
He made his German debut in October of last year and he currently has three caps to his name.
In other Leeds United news, Alex McLeish has tipped the Whites to sign a centre back who is ‘even better’ than Ben White.
