Abraham will 'definitely go' as Aston Villa set aside record-breaking sum - Robinson
Aston Villa target Tammy Abraham will “definitely” leave Chelsea this summer.
That is the view of former Spurs and England number one, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the 23-year-old’s omission from Chelsea’s FA Cup final squad on Saturday.
Abraham was left out of the matchday squad which lost 1-0 to Leicester City at Wembley over the weekend.
The centre-forward has struggled for game time since Thomas Tuchel took over in January but he is still the Blues’ top scorer this season with 12 goals in 32 appearances across all competitions.
In a subsequent update, a Villa source has told Football Insider the club are willing to smash their transfer record to seal a deal for the Chelsea star.

Robinson is adamant Abraham will leave Stamford Bridge in the next transfer window with “a lot of potential suitors” in the Premier League.
“Abraham is definitely going to be going,” he told Football Insider.
“I was very surprised when Tuchel came in and he Abraham to the bench dropped.
“Tammy scored a hattrick the week before, albeit against Luton in the cup but still. He has proven that he is a great striker. He is Chelsea’s top scorer still this season which is some achievement when you think about it.
“To leave him out of the squad completely for the FA Cup final is a very, very strange decision. It suggests to me that Tammy Abraham will be looking to move on in the summer.
“There is a lot of potential suitors for him in the Premier League and I think he will go.”
