Adam Idah sends Celtic message ahead of Bayern Munich showdown
Adam Idah has sent a message to Celtic fans following their dominant victory against Dundee United on Saturday (15 February).
The Hoops picked up a 3-0 win at Celtic Park after goals from Callum McGregor, Jota, and Idah himself as they strengthened their position at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
Brendan Rodgers’ side remains top of the table and have a dominant 13-point gap over their Old Firm rivals, Rangers.
Celtic have already claimed one trophy this season with the Scottish League Cup, but they are continuing to fight on all fronts.
The Scottish giants are looking to win their fourth league title in a row this season, which would be their 55th in total.
Celtic will face Hibernian on Saturday (22 February) in their next Scottish Premiership match.
Adam Idah is looking ahead to Bayern Munich clash
Idah celebrated scoring his 13th goal of the season and Celtic’s latest result with a post on Instagram.
He said, “Another top W from the boys today! Onto a big one mid-week.”
Celtic will face Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League clash on Tuesday (18 February), they currently trail the Bundesliga side 2-1.
‘Arsenal could sign Adam Idah’ this summer
The 24-year-old striker has proven his goalscoring qualities since moving to Celtic on a full-time basis during the summer transfer window.
His performances have led to interest from other teams, which have placed his long-term future at the club up in the air.
Former Aston Villa star Lee Hendrie has previously pushed the idea that Arsenal could try and buy Idah in the summer window.
