Agbonlahor: Aston Villa tipped to accept £100m Grealish bid after development
Gabby Agbonlahor has suggested Aston Villa would accept a £100million bid for Jack Grealish.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Villa’s record Premier League goalscorer insisted the England international is worth between £130million to Villa.
Football Insider learned on 10 June the Villa captain had told friends he was still keen on a move to Manchester City.
The Athletic reported earlier this week (25 June) the Cityzens are now preparing a bid.
The Midlands outfit are in a strong position after Grealish penned a new five-year deal last summer.
“I think Aston Villa will say to Manchester City, it’s going to cost you,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.

“If you give us this figure we’ll let him go and we won’t stop him. I think Jack has a good relationship with the board and the owners.
“£100million is about the right price.
“I’d personally always say £130million. I see it as what he means to the team, we’ve seen the results without him in the side. He signed that five-year deal so there’s security for the club. I just see it as the right amount of money.
“He’s at a good age, he’s getting into his peak years at 25, 26 so I think £120-130million.”
Grealish is currently with the England squad and played a key role from the bench as they beat Germany 2-0 in the round of 16 at Wembley.
He now has two assists to his belt despite being limited to just 116 minutes of action.
