Agbonlahor on Pep Guardiola potentially quitting Man City after BBC reveal
Gabby Agbonlahor has insisted Man City fans should not be worried about Pep Guardiola’s future.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England forward claimed Guardiola will not think about leaving until he wins the Champions League with the club.
The 51-year-old is out of contract in the summer and has been non-committal about his future.

As quoted by BBC Sport earlier this month (1 October), the Spaniard claimed there would be “zero problems” if he left the club because of their long-term plan.
He insisted no club should depend on one person and Man City know what the next step would be without him.
“I wouldn’t be worried,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“When you’ve got a squad of players like Man City have, they are all winners, it’s not going to take a great manager to keep getting results with them.
“You’d just play the Man City way and not tweak anything so I don’t think it would be a problem.
“What Pep can do is, he can change teams and formations for different games which other managers can’t.
“I can’t see them letting him go yet and I think he’s got unfinished business. Until they win the Champions League, I don’t think he’d want to leave.”

Guardiola has won nine major trophies with Man City, including four Premier League titles, since taking over at the Etihad in the summer of 2016.
The closest they have come to the Champions League was in the 2019-20 season when they were defeated by Chelsea in the final.
In other news, a medical insider has issued a “huge” Man City claim as Erling Haaland’s surgery is revealed.
