Agbonlahor shares definitive Aston Villa transfer prediction after Smith reveal
Gabby Agbonlahor has claimed Aston Villa will not sign any more players this summer.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Aston Villa’s record Premier League goalscorer insisted the squad is more than good enough to compete after their business.
Dean Smith has added Emiliano Buendia, Danny Ings, Leon Bailey, Ashley Young and Axel Tuanzebe to his squad during the window.

Meanwhile, they have lost their talisman and captain Jack Grealish to Manchester City in a record-breaking £100million move.
Buendia, Ings and Bailey were identified as three players who can replace Grealish’s key attributes and were brought in for a combined £95million.
Young rejoined the club on a free transfer from Inter Milan and Tuanzebe will spend the season on loan from Manchester United.
As quoted by Birmingham Live on 20 August, Smith claimed he was “comfortable” with his squad as he hinted their business was over.
Asked whether he expected any incomings in the final week of the window, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “I think it’s done.
“The squad is more than good enough to be able to compete this season.
“Aston Villa have spent a good amount of money. For me, the transfers are done.
“There’s no talk about any other players. Villa can have a peaceful week.
“They can enjoy the game on Saturday and get to the international break and enjoy it where a few players can rest.”

Aston Villa host Smith’s former club Brentford on Saturday fresh off their 6-0 win over Barrow in the Carabao Cup.
They won their first Premier League game of the season against Newcastle United last weekend 2-0.
