Amad Diallo trolls Noussair Mazraoui as Man United news confirmed
Man United star Amad Diallo has taken to social media to call for VAR intervention after teammate Noussair Mazraoui was named the club’s player of the month.
Diallo, 22, has been in scintillating form since Ruben Amorim’s appointment, providing three assists in the new manager’s three games at the helm, despite playing out of position.
Amorim has deployed the youngster at right-wing-back, starting two games under the highly-regarded Portuguese, yielding a total of 220 minutes across three games.
The Ivorian winger had been largely outcast by Erik ten Hag before his dismissal, failing to play a single Premier League minute in October.
Interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy brought Diallo back into the fold, with Diallo featuring in all four of the Dutchman’s time at the helm, scoring twice and providing one assist in two starts over 215 minutes of game time.
Diallo has played a grand total of 1000 minutes in 19 appearances across all competitions under Man United’s three managers this season, 11 of which have been starts.

Mazraoui, 27, has arguably been the club’s signing of the season after joining from Bayern Munich in the summer, playing in every position across the back-line due to United’s various injury issues.
The versatile defender has made 20 appearances across all competitions, 17 of which have been from the first whistle, yielding a total of 1476 minutes of action.
The Morocco international has been vital so far this season, winning 23 tackles, 92 duels, and making 58 recoveries in his 13 Premier League appearances, 12 of which have been starts.
His fine form has earned him recognition, winning Man United’s Player of the Month award for November, which Diallo responded to on X, formally known as Twitter, with a gif of a referee standing at a VAR monitor.
United’s 4-0 Premier League win over Everton on Sunday (December 1) saw them enter the top half of the table, sitting in ninth with 19 points.
Amorim will face his first real test as manager on Wednesday (December 4) as they travel to London to face Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
