Andy Robertson reacts to Caoimhin Kelleher’s message amid ‘Liverpool exit’ news
Caoimhin Kelleher had a positive message for Liverpool fans after winning the Merseyside derby amid speculation surrounding his future.
Liverpool secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Everton in the Merseyside derby, with Diogo Jota scoring the decisive goal in the second half.
Kelleher started in goal after Alisson was sidelined with a head injury sustained while playing for Brazil. As he has done many times before, the Irishman stepped up, delivering a composed performance and keeping a clean sheet.
Football Insider has revealed that Bournemouth are considering a move for Kelleher this summer as they assess their options in the goalkeeper position.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, the shot-stopper remained focused on the present and shared a message with fans after the derby win.

Bournemouth and Chelsea keen on signing Caoimhin Kelleher
The Liverpool goalkeeper shared a series of matchday photos on Instagram with the caption: “Derby win. Liverpool is red.”
Football Insider revealed on 14 February that Liverpool will demand between £30-40 million for Kelleher, with interest in his signature continuing to grow.
While the Cherries have expressed an interest in the Irish shot-stopper, Bournemouth’s priority remains Kepa Arrizabalaga, who has revived his career this season.
However, competition for the Republic of Ireland international is heating up, with Football Insider also revealing that Chelsea are prepared to meet Liverpool’s asking price for Kelleher as they look to solve their ongoing goalkeeping issues.
The 26-year-old will enter the final 12 months of his contract this summer, and with no progress on an extension, a departure is looking increasingly likely.

Alisson and Giorgio Mamardashvili to fight for Liverpool goalkeeper spot amid Kelleher exit
Liverpool signed Giorgio Mamardashvili last summer but immediately loaned him back to his former club Valencia this season.
Meanwhile, Alisson has rediscovered his best form in recent months after a shaky start to the campaign.
However, Mamardashvili has faced criticism for his performances at Valencia, where the club spent part of the season battling relegation.
Kelleher has consistently impressed when deputising for Alisson, whether as a backup or when the Brazilian has been sidelined through injury. However, with Liverpool seemingly preparing for his departure, it appears the club is already looking ahead to life without him.
He has all the qualities to be a first-choice goalkeeper in the Premier League, but where he ends up remains to be seen.
