Sky Sports pundit predicts Celtic clash v Ross County

Sky Sports Scottish football pundit Andy Walker has given his prediction for the upcoming Celtic match v Ross County at Celtic Park on Saturday.

Writing in his column on the Sky Sports website, Walker has tipped the Hoops to get back to winning ways after the goalless draw against Motherwell with an emphatic 4-0 victory over the league’s bottom side.

His tip for key player is winger Patrick Roberts, who he claims “will give Celtic a boost in their quest for back to back trebles.”

The Hoops go into the game with a ten point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership table – with a game in hand – as they look to clinch a seventh league title in a row in the next few weeks.

Football Insider verdict

The Hoops really should be huge favourites to win the game, as they are at home to the league’s bottom side. With three league games in a row coming up against teams at the wrong end of the league table, manager Brendan Rodgers will be looking for maximum points to all but clinch seven league titles in a row. With regards to Patrick Roberts, he isn’t guaranteed a start but after a good cameo display in the draw against Motherwell when he almost won the game, the Hoops boss must e tempted to give the 21-year-old his first start of the year against a team that he should have a field day against.
