The Brazil international has been linked with a move away from the Premier League giants after struggling to make an impact in the team.
Fenerbahce have been keeping tabs on Antony’s ongoing situation lately, with the Turkish transfer window remaining open until 13 September.
According to ESPN, the 24-year-old would rather fight for his place in the United squad than make a move to the Super Lig this week.
Ten Hag is also reluctant to lose Antony after allowing Jadon Sancho to join Chelsea on transfer deadline day.
This could lead to Antony remaining at Old Trafford for this season as he looks to prove himself at the Premier League giants.
Antony is set for another season at Man United
Antony only managed one goal last season in the Premier League, which saw his opportunities in the starting lineup dwindle.
The winger has only played one minute of football in United’s opening three Premier League games this season, with Ten Hag relying on other wingers instead.
Antony is under contract at Old Trafford until 2027 and has made 83 appearances for the club since joining the club.
The Premier League giants are willing to sign the Bayern Munich winger, but they will only do that if he can prove his fitness between now and the new year.
